It started with a desire to view and manage postal mail on our phones. Nobody could offer us what we envisioned, so we built it ourselves! We founded the technology in 2013 with a clear vision, focused on a simple goal - develop a secure, scalable, and easy-to-use tool for mail recipients and mail center operators that turns postal mail into immediately available digital mail. Anytime Mailbox software platform is recognized as the postal ecosystem’s leading private-labeled, cloud-based technology. Our company’s network of mail center partners stretches nationwide and new customers join the network daily to enjoy the benefits of managing their postal mail, anytime anywhere.

The Management Team

Matt Going
CEO & Co-Founder

As CEO and co-founder of Anytime Mailbox, Matt oversees sales, marketing, and operations. His clear initial vision – that everyone should be able to view and manage their postal mail on their mobile phone – has become a reality through Anytime Mailbox’s secure, scalable, and easy-to-use postal to digital tools. Over the first 25 years of his professional career, Matt worked in sales leadership positions for Tier 1 telecom companies, including MCI and Cable & Wireless. Ever since Matt caught the startup bug, he has worked in technology services for many early-stage companies – most notably for NorthPoint Communications, one of the first broadband providers in the U.S. Although he grew up in Boston, and will always be a New Englander at heart, Matt currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife, three kids, and Dough Boy, the family cat.

Marcel Buechi
CTO & Co-Founder

Marcel is the co-founder of Anytime Mailbox driving all product development and software engineering for the cloud-based technology. His premise for building Anytime Mailbox; “It started with a desire to view and manage our snail mail on our phones. Nobody could offer us the service we envisioned, so we built it!” He started his career over 25 years ago by successfully building and launching SaaS (Software as a Service) applications touching millions of people worldwide. He is no stranger to developing highly scalable and secure systems, where data grows by the billions of records daily. Before kicking off Anytime Mailbox, Marcel worked for Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, Citibank, Deloitte, and PacifiCare (UnitedHealth). Marcel is a frequent traveler and has visited well over a hundred countries with the ability to speak German, French, and Spanish.
